Beast under construction Cont. '88 Parked at Moritz Tuning waiting for body parts. |
'85 Sitting on the side of the road, the Maestro had to take some pictures Before it was decided that the car was going to be fixed up, the big dents were taken out, and it looked even good. Although it was only for one weekend. On the Sunday after that weekend, the valve rocker came loose, and it was parked. The first year not much was done, except that the paint was removed, unfortunately the 400 style body parts were not easy to get, resulting in a lot of sanding, and then some more sanding. In '89 the body parts were put on, but still a whole lot of work had to be done (sorry no pictures). Since there were a lot of other projects to work on, the car just sat there. In '94 some work was done on it, mainly the decision was made that the Rover V8 was not going to be the Engine, this due to the amount of work involved. The original 1900 tuned engine was put together again, and put back in. More to come..... |
